John is a top notch realtor and I would definitely recommend him to anyone buying or selling. I worked with John very briefly several years ago so when my husband and I were relocating back I contacted him first. In this crazy market we had a lot of unexpected events. John went above and beyond to help us at every turn. He did the initial walk thru and final walk thru so we didn't have to take off work. Our closing was delayed and John helped us get a UHaul and get the movers set up at his office to transfer our household goods so we could deliver the following day and not move everything to storage. We've moved 20+ times in our lives. This was probably the most complicated one with all the hurdles and we couldn't have done it without John.
